The 6th Surrey and Hampshire Knee Symposium

Join us for the 6th Surrey and Hampshire Knee Symposium.

Running annually since June 2012 and alternating between Surrey and Hampshire, the Surrey and Hampshire Knee Symposium provides an update in the assessment, treatment and management of a painful knee with a focus on the main current hot topics in both knee surgery and rehabilitation.

The 6th installment of the day will bring together a renowned surgical faculty and will see a more integrated approach with rehabilitation updates and protocols provided by specialist sports physiotherapists.

The 2018 Programme

This year the programme will include the following subjects:

Assessment of the injured knee: Paul Trikha, David Elliott, Tom Williams:

  • The Surgeon's assessment
  • The Physio's assessment

The non-operative treatment of OA knee: Paul Trikha, Tom Williams

Arthroscopy of the knee: David Elliott, Paul Trikha, Tom Williams:

  • Awake outpatient arthroscopy of the knee

Stem cells and knee regeneration: Adrian Wilson

Rehabilitation after meniscal tears, meniscal repairs and microfracture: Tom Williams
