First running blades for 11-year old

Check out 11-year old Molly Hopkins with her first running blades supplied by Össur. She had both feet amputated as a baby. She is already a Welsh international swimmer and has fulfilled her ambition to have running blades. Prosthetist Jon Pini and technician Mike James at the Artificial Limb and Appliance Centre (ALAC) at Morriston Hospital have done an amazing job with the fitting of the blades and Molly took to them straightaway.

Her custom-made running feet include Nike soles that provide great traction when running and improve efficiency and results.

Congratulations to Molly and her family on her achievements.
