In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it to us up to 3 months after you receive your goods.

All orders are dispatched with the full returns procedure on the reverse of the delivery note along with the returns note that must be completed, however here are the main points to consider:

• Authorisation to return the goods must be obtained from Customer Services by telephoning 020 8944 9919
• Please use the returns note enclosed with the order and send back with the returned product
• All goods must be returned in their original packaging and in pristine condition
• Goods must not be soiled
• Failure to comply with any part of the returns policy may result in your product being returned to you
• We don’t refund postage costs

Products that are being exchanged for a different size are done free of charge.
