Iceross Transfemoral is the first suspension liner exclusively designed to provide maximum stability and control for transfemoral amputees. Unlike transtibial liners and auxillary suspension, Iceross Transfemoral fits the anatomy of the femur and eliminates the need for heavy walking aids and auxillary straps and belts.

The new Iceross Transfemoral, Conical offers the same benefits for amputees with more conically shaped limbs.

Anatomical fit

The conical interior and thin, stretchable profile of Iceross Transfemoral are designed to fit the anatomy of the thigh, providing comfortable proximal soft tissue containment for conical shaped residual limbs.

Stability
The combination of a full-length Stabilizing Matrix and the ARC system (Advanced Rotation Control) effectively minimizes pistoning and socket rotation.

Control
A full length matrix and size specific umbrella minimise elongation (pistoning) providing increased control of the limb during the swing phase of your gait.

Optimal suspension
The use of a pin mechanism makes socket suspension independent of volume fluctuations. Socks can be used for volume adjustments.

Conical and thin
To comfortably accommodate the anatomy of the thigh, Iceross Transfemoral standard features a 2m profile and Conical a 3mm profile.  These profiles optimise limb sensation and proprioception whilst providing superb suspension.
Transfemoral Conical is designed to effectively encapsulate and stabilise proximal soft tissue increasing comfort during weight bearing

Stabilizing Matrix
A full length Stabilizing Matrix cover minimizes pistoning and guarantees easy donning and doffing.

DermoSil  Silicone
Ossur's proprietary silicone blend guarantees excellent suspension and user comfort.

Active Skin Care
A healing blend of silicone, Aloe Vera and other natural moisturizers offers skin protection and comfort.

ARC  (Advanced Rotation Control)
The silicone control coating on the outer cover and a reinforced silicone distal end maximize rotational stability of the prosthesis.
