LP Vari-Flex with EVO is designed for transtibial amputees with long residual limbs, where the clearance is not enough for Vari-Flex with EVO
LP Vari-Flex with EVO offers similar benefits as the Vari-Flex with EVO only with less build height, it is easy to align, lightweight, easy to assemble and has a slender profile which makes it easy to cosmetically cover.
For amputees, this is the ideal foot for any activity, whether it’s going on long walks, shopping or just being at home.
The new EVO feature enables amputees to experience natural gait progression by utilizing the foot plate to its fullest potential. A more natural gait reduces fatigue and puts less strain on the lower back and sound side.
The groundbreaking EVO Feature
The EVO (Energy Vector Optimization) feature is generated by maximizing how the ground reaction force is transferred into the prosthetic foot. Each step is then optimized through the magnitude, placement and direction of the foot. By maximizing the ground reaction force the amputee is able to develop the most natural gait progression possible which reduces fatigue and puts less pressure on the sound side.
