The Aspen CTO is a spinal orthosis used to stabilise the upper thoracic and cervical spine in the case of injury, degenerative spinal conditions, deformities or corrective surgical procedures. It provides anterior-posterior (sagittal plane), medial-lateral (coronal plane), and rotational (transverse plane) control of the upper spine.
