The 'Advance' is designed to apply gentle low stress over a prolonged period to encourage flexion and extension limits. Desired constant loads are applied using a unique adjustable 'eccentric torsion spring' that delivers a consistant reliable low level tension across the full deflective range.

Indications for Use

• Lost or limited range of motion
• Post-surgical contractures
• Contractures resulting from burns
• Contractures resulting from extended immobilisation
• Non-traumatic tissue remodeling
• To achieve long term range of motion, without constant clinical supervision
• CVA
• Haemophilia
