The 'Shoulder Stabilizer' has been designed to limit external rotation of the humerus and restrict abduction by securing the affected shoulder to the opposite side of the torso. A strap originates from the upper arm and crosses diagonally to the pectoral line to prevent abduction, and continues to limit external rotation, applying the necessary forces to limit adverse movement.
