• Lost, or limited, range of motion secondary to orthopaedic or neurological conditions
• Post-surgical contractures
• Contactures resulting from burns
• Contractures resulting from extended immobilisation
• Haemophilia
• Non-traumatic tissue re-modeling
• To achieve long term range of motion, without constant clinical supervision
• Joint trauma
• CVA
