Please not that some Ossur products are not available to purchase directly, they have been designated a ‘Clinic Only’ product due to the nature of the product or complexity of the treatment. These items must be prescribed and applied by a qualified Cinician, to ensure that they meet the needs of the particular patient and accomplish the desired results - we ask that individuals refer to information on our fitting clinics and/or their respective prescribing Clinician.

VAT information

You may be entitled to receive our products VAT free. We have collected information on the general rules governing this and we also offer a VAT exception from for you to download on our information page on VAT exemptions.

Returns Information

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it to us up to 3 months after you receive your goods. Please view our list of main points to consider prior to returning a product.

Postage and Delivery Information

We despatch most of our orders the same day as we receive them by the most economical means available, with regard to weight / volume and the degree of urgency.
